All users of the MeetingPoint have an author page/user page. On this page you can see all the posts this person wrote. On your own user page you can see your personal notes in the middle and the other posts you wrote at the left column.

You can drag and drop the boxes at the sidebar to arrange them in the way you want them to be. This can be done for the boxes that are unlocked. The locked boxes (by an administrator) will stay at the same place for every user of the MeetingPoint. If you changed the arrangement of your sidebar, it’s only changed for you. So you can set your own personal sidebar.
- To lock or unlock the boxes go to the admin panel




In a post you can link for example to another interesting post or to something outside your MeetingPoint. You just need the link to that location.
To make a link in a post follow the next steps….




You can set how many articles/posts will be shown in the left column of your MeetingPoint.
To do this, follow the next steps…




On the right side of your homepage you see the search box. From this point of the homepage you can search in all the content of the homepage. When you have this option switched on, and you are in a category, you can also search in this specific category.




A top story and left column arranges your MeetingPoint’s homepage. You can also set this to be the arrangement for the category pages.
To do this…




Every user of the MeetingPoint has a business card. On this business card you can see the name, e-mail address, the information about the person he/she wrote down in their own profile or the image they inserted there.




You can set how many articles/posts will be shown on the homepage of your MeetingPoint.
To do this:
- Go to the admin panel
- Click on “Options” in the horizontal navigation and then on “Reading”




The notification option can be used to inform the other users of the MeetingPoint about interesting posts.
To get the other users informed:




With this option you can let a friend know that there is an interesting post on a MeetingPoint.
