If you directly paste from Word, or another program, into the Excerpt or Post box the text will get HTML coding with it. This can make the post look weird (bold, different font etc). To overcome this problem you have to do this…

- To paste from Word go to the Write a post-modus
- Copy your text from Word
- Click on “Paste from Word” or better yet “Paste as plain text”
- Paste your text in the box that appears and click “insert”
- When the text is inserted you can edit this text or type the rest of your post

Then you can save (and continue editing) or publish your post.
