A top story and left column arranges your MeetingPoint’s homepage. You can also set this to be the arrangement for the category pages.

To do this…

- Go to the admin panel
- Click on “Options” in the horizontal navigation and then on “Template”
- Check the box next to “Show archive and category pages as homepage (with top story and left column)”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit” to finish

If you go to the homepage and click on a category you have to see the left column and a topstory from this category. This only works if there are posts in this category that have been topstory or were placed in the left column earlier.

Tip: You can make categories for example named “left column”.
