Bug in insert/edit link

When you want to write a post and insert a link or something and you hit the insert link wysiwig, the target button seems not working.
You can choose: open link in the same window or open link in new window.
The error is whatever you choose that the link always opens in the same window.

This used to be true, but we fixed it. It works in the new template that is in effect for all 2Yellows customers
